Consequences of the revocation

We reserve the right to refuse repayment until the goods have been returned to us.
If you are unable to return or surrender the received goods and services as well as benefits (e.g. advantages of use), or if you are only able to return or surrender them in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us to this extent. By using the right of withdrawal, you undertake to return the goods in question within fourteen days of the day on which you informed us of your intention to do so. If the goods are dispatched before the expiry of this period, this condition shall be deemed to have been fulfilled.
